620 Corporation is made up of three divisions:

620 Construction:
General contractor with design/build capabilities for commercial and industrial projects.  620 works 5 trades in-house including excavation, masonry, steel erection, carpentry and fabrication.
620 specializes in masonry and pre-engineered buildings.

620 Leasing:
Leasing of commercial and industrial space.  620 owns and manages over 500,000 sf. in Medina County.  620 prides itself in being flexible and trying to help our new tenants grow.  620 can lease an existing building or build a building and lease it back.  The flexible leases allow a tenant to move within the corporation's various complexes.

620 Self Storage:
Medina's original self-storage mini-storage complex still offers the largest selection of sizes located in central Medina.

Summary:
620 can build a new building from your plans or design/build from our plans.  620 can add onto the customers building or rehab an existing building.  Or, 620 can lease an existing building or design/build and lease back a new building.  620 wants to grow with our customers.
