620 Corporation bought the original 51,000 Sq. Ft. industrial building in 1988 and proceeded to give the complex a complete facelift. The truck docks were converted into new store fronts and made into entries for the different units. 620 then added another 40,000 Sq. Ft. of space for multi-tenant flex space over four different winters creating a total of 19 separate rentable office warehouse units. The additions were designed to mimic the original masonry bearing walls with bar joist and rubber roofs.
