This design/build facility in Columbia Station has offices all across the front and shops all across the back. The pre-engineered frame is an offset ridge with masonry waincoat walls to soften the street side elevation. 620 was also contracted to build a straight pre-engineered warehouse for Crossroads Paving. A third building was designed and built as a pole barn for more equipment.
