This building is on Boardman Alley, just south of the Medina, Ohio Target store (1015 N. Court St.). The building is a conventional wood framed structure with masonry veneer. The building has many subtle features that make it very unique and give it an upscale look while being very functional. The concrete floors feature a different type of finish with the surfaces being shot blasted and the then epoxy coated.
