This design build project was created with a 20 ton crane as the main feature of the work bay. The office were designed to be located on the outside of the building to maximize the working floor space under the crane. The facility could be loaded from the end under the crane or the side through the drive in doors. Expansion of this type of building is extremely easy, quick and cost effective with no interruption of services to the original building.
