Was a joint effort design build project with a local real estate company.
Designed as a truck service center with the ability to add a very large spray booth for painting the trucks and fire equipment. The masonry bearing walls with bar joist and rubber roof are the main stay of the building. The endwall was a hybrid and designed as a pre-engineered expandable endwall to reduce cost in the original building but also in the phase two expansion.
