This design/build project was challenged by the city to make a commercial project fit into a residential neighborhood. This building was built in Berea, OH in 90 days after obtaining permits. The space was designed for a father/son chiropractic clinic including examination rooms, physical therapy room, and x-ray room in addition to the reception area and offices.
