This facility is a design/build mini-warehouse on Marks Rd. in Valley City. The building is a pre-engineered building systems from American Buildings Company and erected by 620 Construction Crews. This system has been used on a number of projects by 620 including some for Uncle Bob’s self storage chain. One of these was a temperature controlled facility in Avon, Ohio.
