This pre-engineered building was designed/built around an existing office. The office was completely remodeled in order to take advantage of the grandfathered setbacks. The building is clear spanned for maximum flexibility with two overhead doors entrances on the front and one large overhead door exit on the back. The building is located right on St. Rt. 42 in downtown Lafayette, Ohio.
