Tri County Excavating building was originally designed for an equipment sales company. 620 later expanded the building to increase both the office and shop space. The building is now serving its third owner. The generic design has allowed it be used in a variety of ways and has made it very desirable. The shop space is tall and flexible and has heavy duty floor drains. There is also a wash bay.
