620 Construction was contracted to value engineer the construction of the Toroks 5,000 Sq. Ft. Holistic Medical Center and the 22,000 Sq. Ft. Dermatology Center with spa and conference center. The project included over 1100 feet of drive and 3 large parking lots. This complex was completed in 2003.
The finishes of these buildings are very high end including the wood trims, floor finishes, lighting and 41 different wall papers in the dermatology building. The spaces included waiting rooms, examination rooms, conference rooms with full media enhancement, IT rooms, offices and a commercial kitchen.
