620 was hired by this national company to design and build a temperature controlled self storage building. The shell of the building is a well insulated pre-engineered building and the interior is divided into a number of different size units. The interior package was provided by a second manufacturer and installed by 620. The floors have an epoxy coating to make an easily maintained high end finished look. The building was designed and built from scratch for this use, however 620 has converted other existing facilities for Uncle Bob’s in the Great Cleveland area.
