Western Reserve of Brecksville

This project involved massive demolition including all brick and some exterior structural walls, lowering the level of the parking lot and complete removal of the roof system. The original building was a vacant party center and had to be completely dismantled and then reconstructed. The entire building was redesigned to create the main office of the Western Reserve Bank of Brecksville. The interior finishes are very high end including but not limited to miles of wooden trim. This project had a start date of March 15th and was occupied by the branch on September 27th.
