Dickey’s BBQ
620 Construction was hired to remodel an older Donotos Pizza store into the new Dickey’s BBQ franchise. New exterior drivet, trim and paint will dress up the outside while the interior gets a complete dress with paint, paneling, cabinetry and various details.

Echogen
This is a major remodel of a century old building that is being done by the City of Akron to keep Echogen, a new and exciting company, in downtown Akron. The city has control of the demolition of the nonproductive buildings on the site as well as the structural issues with the historic building. 620 Construction was hired by Echogen to build out the interior space. The building interior will feature exposed brick, wooden beams and hardwood floors to keep the unique personality of the building in place while functioning as home to this extremely progressive company.

Fenn Crossings
620 Construction is converting the former department store and other smaller retail spaces into multiple business including: 4,500 sf. Mattress Matters store, an Antonio’s Pizza take out store, an 8,600 sf. Royal Buffet with seating capacity for almost 300 people and an 8,000 sf. Asian Martial Arts training facility. There is approximately 10,000 sf. of space still available that can be divided into as many as four separate units or 2 larger spaces.

Lemonberry Yogurt
620 Construction is doing the build out on the SW corner of the Medina Square for a new yogurt store. This involves protecting the historic building while meeting the current codes. This store will be finished in early 2012 including custom cabinetry and re-sanding and re-finishing the original wooden floors.

Medina Sports Cards
This was a 2011 project in the historic downtown Medina, Ohio. The historic building with a store on the first floor and apartments on the second floor had been completely gutted due to a fire. 620 Construction rebuilt the store and the apartments and met the historic district requirements in time for the Candlelight Walk in November.

PSE Credit Union
620 Construction took an old 3 sided addition to the old Tractor Supply Company drive through Garden Center and converted it to a high end credit union office with a drive up window. The complete build out involved running new electric service, sewer, water services plus the normal complete build out from a masonry shell. The design/build project included all custom cabinetry and wood trim and is located in the Fenn Crossing’s Plaza in Medina, Ohio.

Remax
This was an interior build out for the upgraded Western Reserve Bank office building in Brecksville, Ohio. The interior features built-in cabinets and lots of wood trim. This was completed in November 2005.

Royal Buffet
This is an 8600 sf. Chinese Buffet built into the Fenn Crossings Plaza in the winter of 2011. This originally was the Tractor Supply space and really just an open vanilla box. The interior was completely gutted and an elaborate kitchen with a series of woks was designed to serve the nearly 300 seat restaurant. New walls, ceilings, lighting, electrical service, HVAC floorling etc.

Neurology Center
This sleep/study clinic was built into the Western Reserve Office complex in a 60 day period during the spring of 2005. The build out features custom cabinets and built in work stations. The finishes are very high end and match other high end offices in the complex.

Sandridge Foods
This was a 2004 interior build out project for the Sandridge Corporation headquarters. The high-end cabinets and desks were built into the offices.
