Aldis
620 Construction added offices to the existing facility. The exterior pre-cast concrete panels had to be custom made to match the "lucky stone" finish to the original building. 620 finished the interior offices in the new addition and remodeled the existing offices while keeping the office functions in full operation. This facility is located on W 130th, just North of 303 in Hinckley, Ohio.

Center West
620 Corporation bought the original 51,000 Sq. Ft. industrial building in 1988 and proceeded to give the complex a complete facelift. The truck docks were converted into new store fronts and made into entries for the different units. 620 then added another 40,000 Sq. Ft. of space for multi-tenant flex space over four different winters creating a total of 19 separate rentable office warehouse units. The additions were designed to mimic the original masonry bearing walls with bar joist and rubber roofs.

Cornerstone Chapel Addition
This fast growing church is adding a second sanctuary, a coffee shop/commercial kitchen and greatly enlarged narthex. 620 Construction is pleased to have been a part of all Cornerstones major projects. This structure was built with a pre-engineered steel frame, wooden roof deck and shingles. The exterior was tied to the original main chapel with split face block and vinyl siding.

Cornerstone Chapel
620 Construction helped the Church with the original building on Granger Rd. 620 Construction was the general contractor of the Chapel addition and the remodeling of the original chapel. This Chapel has grown from the original 6 members to more than 1500. The main chapel has a stage and advanced multi-media features that allows the entire sanctuary to enjoy the features.

Dairy Mart
620 Construction was the general contractor on four stores in Medina and Summit region. These buildings involved site work, masonry building with bar joists and rubber roofs. 620 Construction was also involved with the interior finishes of these convenient stores.

DEVCO
This was a major remodel of a food processing plant into a retail pet supply, shop and dog grooming facility. Work included major demolition, pouring an entirely new floor and removal of the complete roof system including the steel deck. The interior was divided up using corrugated, galvanized sheet metal and black painted bar joist to create a very unique feel for a very versatile interior space.

Discount Drug Mart
620 converted the former Fishers Big Wheel store on Wallings Rd. in N. Royalton into two tenant spaces including the Discount Drug Mart. This work consisted of adding the exterior façade over the walkway, gutting the interior and completely reworking the interior finishes for the expanding the retail drugstore.chain and the mail order pharmacy.

Dorman Farrel
This project is an addition to a historic house/office on E. Washington St. in Medina, Ohio. This design/build project is designed to dramatically increase the working office space while keeping the character of the historic overlay district of Medina. The addition and interior remodeling was completed in June 2004.

Grace Brothers
Grace Brothers is an 8,000 sq. ft. wooden stick framed retail facility that originally house both landscaping/greenhouse business and a new bistro. The construction involved conventional framing and siding. It is located on St. Rte. 3 just N. of Medina City and was in operation as of February of 2006.

Herolds Shell
This addition started in Spring 2006 and is a remodel of a high profile shell station near Parmatown Mall.
The expansion was designed to incorporate the original gas station and modernize the exterior while adding a convenience store to the west end of the station. The building is masonry with bar joists and rubber roof.

Layfayette Methodist
This project involved some value engineering and features a multi-purpose room that serves the congregation as both a sanctuary and a recreation center. The project can be seen on State Rt. 42 just N. or Lafayette. 620 did not design the original building but did value engineer many features to add detail and bring it in on budget. The frame of the multi-purpose sanctuary is a pre-engineered with a wooden deck and shingles taking advantage of a blend of systems to achieve a warmer feeling for the congregation.

Little Bears
This design/build daycare center is located on Victor Drive at the entrance of the Reserve in Medina, Ohio. The facility features a full Kitchen, and training/teaching areas. This project was completed in the middle 90’s to meet all codes for a very sophisticated child care facility.

Little Caesars
620 has remodeled a number of Little Caesars including Massillon, Fairlawn and Elyria. These projects usually have a tight time table. Corporate dictates most of the franchisee’s interior finishes, but 620 was able to value engineer some of the features to bring it in on budget. The kitchen was also built into these open white box spaces to complete the store.

Medical CO-OP
This design/build project was challenged by the city to make a commercial project fit into a residential neighborhood. This building was built in Berea, OH in 90 days after obtaining permits. The space was designed for a father/son chiropractic clinic including examination rooms, physical therapy room, and x-ray room in addition to the reception area and offices.

Mini Warehouse
This facility is a design/build mini-warehouse on Marks Rd. in Valley City. The building is a pre-engineered building systems from American Buildings Company and erected by 620 Construction Crews. This system has been used on a number of projects by 620 including some for Uncle Bob’s self storage chain. One of these was a temperature controlled facility in Avon, Ohio.

Premium Transportation
This 4.000 sq. ft. two story addition to an existing office building in Medina, Ohio. The frame of this building is wooden with a brick veneer and was a design/build project. The interior is a higher end finish with many comfort features and a back up generator. This project was completed in the Spring of 2006 while the original building remained in complete operation.

Royalton Field House
620 Construction worked with the Costa family operation by furnishing and erecting the 30,000 sf. field house and foundations. 620 was also instrumental in; the design of the facility, but the Costa family acted as the general contractor on this very efficient sports complex. Please note the clear span and height that the pre-engineered building provided. A mezzanine space was also designed into the space to utilize the area above the office and locker rooms.

St. Francis Xavier Ctr
620 designed/built the gymnasium shell. It is a pre-engineered steel building frame, wrapped with masonry exterior. The roof has insulation, steel deck, plywood and shingles. The project was value engineered while designed to match the existing school and sanctuary. One example of the value engineering involved using masonry part way up on the walls and topping off the walls with steel studs, insulation, corrugated metal panels on the inside for sound reduction and veneered with brick and drivit to mimic the original buildings. The roof was designed with a wooden deck and shingles on a pre-engineered frame.

The Trading Post
620 remodeled the original block building by adding a new fascia consisting of brick, metal siding and canopies. 620 then designed/built a two-story addition to complete the development of the corner project at Pearl and Fenn Roads in Medina, Ohio. The entire exterior was upgraded and tied together using a combination of brick and metal siding.

Trillium Creek
620 Construction was contracted to value engineer the construction of the Toroks 5,000 Sq. Ft. Holistic Medical Center and the 22,000 Sq. Ft. Dermatology Center with spa and conference center. The project included over 1100 feet of drive and 3 large parking lots. This complex was completed in 2003.
The finishes of these buildings are very high end including the wood trims, floor finishes, lighting and 41 different wall papers in the dermatology building. The spaces included waiting rooms, examination rooms, conference rooms with full media enhancement, IT rooms, offices and a commercial kitchen.

Waite & Son Funeral
This former garden center on Rt. 303 in Brunswick, was converted into a very-high end finished funeral home. The original building was a pole barn. Hundreds of lineal feet of wood trim help convert this space in a very warm and customer friendly space. The exterior was enhanced with siding and drivit to up grade the appearance.

Washington Park
620 was a sub-contractor on the last three of the four buildings in the Washington Park. 620 was responsible for some excavation, steel erection and masonry.

Western Reserve of Brecksville
This project involved massive demolition including all brick and some exterior structural walls, lowering the level of the parking lot and complete removal of the roof system. The original building was a vacant party center and had to be completely dismantled and then reconstructed. The entire building was redesigned to create the main office of the Western Reserve Bank of Brecksville. The interior finishes are very high end including but not limited to miles of wooden trim. This project had a start date of March 15th and was occupied by the branch on September 27th.
