This commercial project was a complete gut and rebuild of pizza shop in the Fenn Crossings Center in Medina, Ohio. The scope included new drywall, new FRP panels, new service entrance, new HVAC, flooring, ceilings, cabinetry, lighting, etc. This fast growing chain was able to occupy within 60 days of signing their contract.

Asian Martial Arts
This was a complete build out of 4 large work out rooms (3) for Karate disciplines and one more conventional work out type room. The was the old TSC open retail space and the new represents work out rooms, lobby , office, restrooms, locker type areas and physical therapy type room.

Falcon Industries
35,000 square foot fabrication facility with both jib cranes and overhead crane. This design/build project was constructed on a 620 Construction lot on Commerce Drive in Medina, Ohio. This is the perfect example of 620 being able to single source the building project by providing the design, lot and the entire building package. The pre-engineered structure is designed for easy expansion by removing the endwall and adding as many bays as are desired. The crane capacity can also be easily extended.

Fred Martin Superstore
620 Construction was awarded the job of adding multiple additions at the same time to this highly-successful auto dealership off I-76 at 3195 Barber Rd., Barberton, OH. The work included adding a two-story high tech showroom, along with new service write up areas, parking lot lighting and paving. James Douglas Evans Architects designed the addition using Chrysler Corporation guide lines for the new corporate brand image. 620 Construction put together the construction team to make those plans come to life.

Good Taste
620 Construction was the successful bidder for this exciting and new restaurant, specialty food, wine shop and cooking school. This building is on Boardman Alley, just south of the Medina, Ohio Target store (1015 N. Court St.). The building is a conventional wood framed structure with masonry veneer. The building has many subtle features that make it very unique and give it an upscale look while being very functional. The concrete floors feature a different type of finish with the surfaces being shot blasted and the then epoxy coated.

McJak Candy - 2010 Addition
620 Construction was awarded the contract for the original McJak Candy building in the early 1990s. The company sold in the mid 2000s and 620 deigned and built a pre-engineered addition for the new owners. Now, 620 is adding the third phase of this amazing company by adding more than 12,000 sf. of manufacturing and warehouse space. Medina will soon be home to a $2,500,000 sucker and wrapping machine custom built for the McJak candy company in England. The building process has involved 620’s and Architectural Design Studios design team to incorporate some very sophisticated equipment and a very high speed production line into a very cost effective building. Our team has been involved in making sure the entire project ties together the entire manufacturing process as well the building that houses it.

McJak Candy - 2012 Addition
This is the second addition in 2 years for this fast growing candy manufacture in Medina. This 19,000sf. addition will provide both additional warehousing and future production space. The main structure is a pre-engineered building with specialty mechanical systems for the manufacturing processes.

Moes Southwestern Grill
620 Construction was the successful bidder for this fast food chain build out. It took 620 Construction approximately 50 days to build in a new kitchen and all the finishes at this Day Dr. in Parma, OH. The franchisor provides the guide lines for the interior finish package and it is the contractors job to implement the overall game plan and provide a finish product that all can service the franchisee for years to come.

NASA
620 Construction was hired as a sub contractor for a specialty building for NASA at the Brookpark, Ohio facility. 620 Construction provided and erected the foundations and the pre-engineered building to the general contractor on the project. This job required all 620 employees to be screened for access to this secured facility and to be paid on the prevailing wage government program.

Rad Air Service Center
620 Construction was the successful bidder for the new Rad Air Service Center on Pearl Road in Strongsville, Ohio. This was a ground-up project starting in January 2011. This is a modern technology building, which includes a waiting room, offices and high end service bays. The exterior canopy protects customers during the drop-off and pick-up process.

Western Reserve North
This was the first of three phases of an office/condo complex. Built on Foote Rd. in Medina, OH. 620 Construction is a partner in development of the project and general contractor for the project shell. 620 Construction was responsible for all the site work and the first of three phases. This first building is a mimic of the original buildings style and features a lot of upscale detail. The building is wood framed and trussed with a brick veneer.

Durox
In the winter of 2009-2010, 620 Construction was the design/ build contractor for this 30,000 sf. addition to this high tech manufacturing facility in Strongsville. The addition was designed around a new high tech processing line and was on the fast track and was completed in less than 120 days in the middle of winter. The painting of the internal walls and the use of high energy highly efficient lighting created an extremely clean, bright working environment.

Seville Plaza
620 Construction was hired by the owner of the Seville Plaza to do a design/build remodel of the 4 unit plaza next to the Seville Dairy Queen.
The remodel involved a new roof, new store front, aluminum doors, new rear doors, boxing in the columns, removing the T-111 siding and providing new drivet sidewalls and a new metal railing.
The painting of the exposed exterior sections completed the updating.
