Cornerstone Chapel Addition - more info

This fast growing church is adding a second sanctuary, a coffee shop/commercial kitchen and greatly enlarged narthex.  620 Construction is pleased to have been a part of all Cornerstone's major projects.



Cuyahoga Bridge - more info
This is a design/build, pre-engineered free standing office/warehouse in Seville, Ohio.  The building features an offset office and multi-colored masonry on the exterior and higher ceilings and glass block on the inside to enhance the appearance. 


Desperate Enterprises - more info

Desperate Enterprises is a 28,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse design/build project.  Desperate Enterprises had been a tennant of 620 Corporation for years and contracted us to construct their new facility in Sharon Twp, Medina County.  This is a pre-engineered metal building with a masonry wrap.  It was completed in the Spring of 2006.

 



Good Taste - more info
620 Construction was the successful bidder for this exciting and  new restaurant, specialty food, wine shop and cooking school.  This building is on Boardman Alley, just south of the Medina, Ohio Target store (1015 N. Court St.).  The building is a conventional wood framed structure with masonary veneer. 


Grace Brothers - more info

Grace Brothers is an 8,000 sq. ft. stick framed retail facility that will house both landscaping/greenhouse business and a new bistro.  The construction involved conventional framing and siding.  It is located on St. Rte. 3 just  N. of Medina City and was in operation as of February of 2006.



Medical CO-OP - more info
This design/build project was challenged by the city to make a commercial project fit into a residential neighborhood. Built in Berea, OH in 90 days after obtaining permits.


Moe's Southwestern Grill - more info
It took 620 approximately 50 days to build in a new kitchen at this fast food restaurant. Located on Day Dr. in Parma, OH.


NASA - more info
620 Construction was hired as a sub contractor for a specialty building for NASA at the Brookpark, Ohio facility.  620 provided and erected the foundations and the pre-engineered building to the general contractor on the project.

Western Reserve North - more info
This was the first of three phases of an office/condo complex. Built on Foote Rd. in Medina, OH. 620 is a partner in development of the project and general contractor for the project shell.


Western Reserve of Brecksville - more info

This project involved massive demolition including all brick and some exterior structural walls, lowering the level of the parking lot and complete removal of the roof system. The interior finishes are very high end. This project had a start date of March 15th and was occupied by the branch on September 27th.
