620 Construction has built its business general contracting throughout Medina County and surrounding areas of Northeast Ohio.
Although recently 620 Construction has assumed more work subcontracting as a steel furnishing and erecting service, the organization still serves as the general contractor on most of its customers’ construction jobs. As a general contractor, the organization coordinates the entire constructional affair, from scheduling subcontractors to perform the required work to handling all of the financial aspects of a job.
On its own, 620 Construction has the ability to provide excavation, masonry, carpentry, steel erection, and steel fabrication services to its customers. For all other functions, 620 Construction itself will hire the subcontractors necessary to finish customers’ jobs on time and within their budgets. The organization provides a number of options to its customers in terms of the types of jobs it will perform. These include:
• building new and/or pre-engineered masonry
• remodeling and/or making additions to commercial and industrial spaces
• leasing its existing buildings to customers
• building to suit and/or building to suit and leasing back the property
• buying existing buildings and leasing them back
