Our story
It started with
a block in Medina.
In 1929, Ed Deibel began acquiring property on Smith Road. The area became known as the “620 Block,” a commercial and industrial business park that would become the home of 620 Corporation.
His commitment to commerce and community helped local businesses put down roots. That same purpose continues to guide the company today.
A foundation is built.

The next generation.
Ed’s son-in-law, Neil Gowe, takes over leadership and continues building the family business.

Neil’s son, Jim, expands the company into commercial and industrial leasing and self-service storage.
